Ohio Works needed more than a tune-up — it needed a rethink. The task was to relaunch a major American workforce organization: to develop new ideas, design fresh delivery strands, and build the internal capability to carry them.
All while keeping the focus squarely on the people the system exists to serve.

The result
The relaunch delivered on every level. More than 195 qualifications equipped senior staff to lead. The Academy series we developed became a runaway success. And the impact reached where it counts: over 5,000 unemployed residents engaged, and an extraordinary 121,000 job pathways created in three years.
This one was ours to deliver in the United States. Ohio Works is the proof that our approach doesn't just travel — it scales inside the American workforce system, for a state agency, at population scale.
