Customer Education & Engagement
The best customers are educated ones.
People don't buy what they don't understand. We create content that catches attention, makes the problem impossible to ignore, and then—gently—shows the way forward. It's a pattern. And it works.
From first glance to firm decision.
Attention first. Then understanding. Then a clear way forward. Here's the pattern in motion.
Every great customer journey follows the same path
Whether you're launching a spirit, explaining a technical product or bringing a whole organization with you on change, the journey is remarkably consistent. Get the order right and every piece of content does its job.
Engage — catch their attention.
Before anyone learns anything, they have to stop scrolling. Bold, distinctive content earns the first few seconds—and the right to say more.
“Wait—what's that?”
Educate — show them the problem.
Highlight the challenge your customers already feel but haven't yet named. Explain the why. When people recognize their own problem on screen, they lean in.
“That's us.”
Inform — gently show the solution.
Now—and only now—introduce what you offer. Clear, honest and genuinely helpful. No hard sell required when your audience already understands why it matters.
“That's what we need.”
Advertising shapes what people think. Education helps them understand—and understanding is what turns interest into action.
The pattern, in practice
Four very different audiences. One consistent approach.
Rocker Spirits — a bottle worth stopping for
In a crowded back bar, a new spirit has seconds to earn a second look. We built Rocker's content to win that moment—bold, scroll-stopping film that grabs attention first, then rewards it with the story behind the liquid: what's in the bottle, how it's made and why it's worth choosing. Attention earned; curiosity turned into knowledge.
The Incredible Engineering of the Honeycomb
A published research paper can be brilliant—and still go almost entirely unread. With Prof. Dhruv Bhate, we turned research into a film people actually choose to watch: nature's engineering unpacked step by step, so students, funders and the public come away understanding not just what it is, but why it matters. Proof that deep expertise, explained well, is its own engagement engine.
Stena — Disrupting for Innovation
Innovation programs live or die on buy-in. For Stena, we put the people driving change on camera to name the challenges the business faces—then walked through how research and enterprise are working together to solve them. Not a pitch: a clear, human explanation that informs, reassures and brings people along.
Owens Corning — Optispray
Optispray is a technical product most people would struggle to picture. Combining real-world footage with precision graphics, we showed exactly what it does and why it matters—so customers grasp it in seconds and trust it on the job. When understanding comes first, the sales conversation gets a whole lot shorter.
Why education outperforms the pitch
Attention that lasts
Content people choose to watch holds attention far longer than content they're forced to sit through.
Trust that compounds
Every genuinely helpful piece of content adds credibility, touchpoint after touchpoint.
Shorter sales cycles
Customers who already understand the problem—and your solution—arrive ready to talk.
Content that keeps working
One shoot powers sales, social, onboarding and events for months, not days.
